SIMBA# Product & Commercial Manager

inCTRL Solutions is the Global reseller of the SIMBA# Simulation Software Suite outside German-speaking countries. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SIMBA# Product and Commercial Manager who will play a crucial role in driving the success of the SIMBA# product line. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from model feature development and enhancements to commercialization and market success. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong commercial acumen.

SIMBA# Product & Commercial Manager

Responsibilities

Product Management: Lead the model feature development in defining and executing the product roadmap. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and prioritize features.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities. Analyze customer feedback to enhance product features and user experience. Stay abreast of industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive commercialization strategy for SIMBA#. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive product awareness and adoption. Establish support models and negotiate contracts with clients.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs. Gather customer feedback and incorporate it into product development plans. Provide excellent customer support to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in wastewater treatment, with a focus on modeling and simulation including knowledge of the IWA ASM Model suite.
Proficiency in modeling and simulation software (preferred SIMBA#)
Good knowledge of water, and wastewater treatment processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
