Technical Sales Representative - SaaS

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities within our target market segments. Leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of our SaaS products, you will effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers and guide them through the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and close.


  • Proactively identify and engage with prospective clients through various channels including cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and networking events.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and solution demonstrations to understand client requirements and align our products with their business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive pipeline growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles and effectively manage objections to secure commitment and close deals.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product updates to effectively position our offerings in the market.
  • Represent tradeshows/conferences in North America quarterly. As well as visit customers and prospects quarterly.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in a technical sales role, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and cloud-based technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Self-motivated and driven with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools.
